After great pain a formal feeling comes—
The nerves sit ceremonious like tombs;
The stiff Heart questions—was it He that bore?
And yesterday—or centuries before?
The feet, mechanical, go round
A wooden way
Of ground, or air, or ought,
Regardless grown,
A quartz contentment, like a stone.
This is the hour of lead
Remembered if outlived,
As freezing persons recollect the snow—
First chill, then stupor, then the letting go.

So that’s just a goal for the present: “Be like Stevie Nicks” because it’s a really awesome feeling.

I think Melissa Coker’s description of a Wren girl fits me as well as any sweater, and I can’t deny the obvious seduction of these clothes so it is true from now on and forever(or until I change my style) that I am a Wren girl, through and through.
